Grown at high altitudes of Yellow (Huang) Mountains in the Southwest of Anhui province, China and bathed in mountain mist, this is a pure healthful green tea, which ‘Yun’ in Chinese means ‘Cloud’ and ‘Jian’ refers to ‘tip’. Its dark green wiry leaves are gathered at their peak of flavor and produce a pronounced fresh vegetal (grassy) and refined flavor. When brewed, it yields a bright golden-green liquor with a delicately herbaceous, slight sweet and slightly nutty flavor. Provides 2-3 quality infusions. The tea holds a certificate of inspection for products from organic production systems according to USDA national organic program.
